  • The quality, availability or performance of racetracks.
  • The punctuality or reliability of third-party providers.
  • The accuracy of information provided by third-party providers.
  • The safety or reliability of any experiences booked through our platform.
  • The accuracy or consistency of pricing displayed.
  • The availability of specific vehicles or experiences at the time of booking.

We are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, delays, vehicle issues, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with any experience. All such responsibilities lie with the third-party service providers.

3. Prepayment and Refund Policy

Prepayment may be required to reserve a car or track experience.

Prepayments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the provider.

If an event is canceled by the provider, customers may be eligible for rescheduling.

Our booking forms are provided by YouForm.com, a third-party form service. When you submit a booking request, your information (including name, email, phone number, and booking preferences) is processed by YouForm.com and shared with the relevant experience provider.

By submitting a booking form, you consent to your data being processed by YouForm.com and shared with third-party providers. YouForm.com's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

5. Age Restrictions

Some experiences may be available to users 16 years and older (e.g., karting). Most driving experiences require participants to be 18 years or older. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with age requirements listed in the booking details.

6. Payment

Payments may be processed via bank transfer or third-party services. RaceDay.to does not directly handle or store payment information unless explicitly stated.

7. Use of Service

You agree not to misuse the site or engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
